The palm-lined driveway leads you past serene paddocks to the entrance of this coastal home and you are greeted by it’s heart. The central living space has been thoughtfully designed for openness and connection, inviting guests to cook, dine, and unwind all together within a seamless flow.

It anchors the home, bridging the peaceful pines on one side with the oceanside lawn on the other, and serves as the social soul of the estate. From here the rest of the house unfolds - three floors of peaceful, private rooms for the ultimate R&R.

  • Step inside and experience the heart of the home — a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for both relaxation and entertaining.

    Generous kitchen that is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a double fridge-freezer, six-burner gas cooktop, large oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. An oversized island bench provides the perfect spot for casual breakfasts or evening conversations. The space is stocked with all the crockery, cookware and utensils you will need for your stay and includes a walk in pantry with cooking essentials.

    Dining

    The dining area features a custom-designed oval dining table inviting long, social meals and memorable moments with family and friends. Additional chairs are available to optimise seating and high chairs are available upon request.

    Living

    In the living area, unwind in front of the central wood-burning fireplace, sink into the back-to-back plush sofas, or enjoy a movie on the wide-screen TV.

  • Set beside the resort-style pool area and framed by a graceful palm-lined driveway, the stables and paddock are home to our elegant mother and daughter horses — cherished residents of the estate.

    From a shaded seat nearby, you can admire these gentle creatures as they graze peacefully in their picturesque setting. We invite guests to appreciate the view from a respectful distance, and kindly request that you do not enter the fenced areas or feed the horses, ensuring the safety and serenity of this special space.

  • Beaches & Boat Launching

    • Wonnerup Beach is the closest beach and offers sandy beaches and beautiful calm seas perfect for fishing and swimming. 4WD access is permitted and dogs are allowed.

    • The nearest boat ramp is Port Geographe Boat Ramp, located at Spinnaker Blvd, Geographe.

    • Small boat access is also available along Wonnerup Beach (4WD access required).

    • Please check local regulations and note any protected areas before launching.

    Top Tip: Take a scenic day trip by boat from Wonnerup to Cape Naturaliste, with idyllic stopovers at Meelup Beach, Eagle Bay, or Castle Rock.

    • Onsite animals include a gaggle of geese and two horses — we invite you to admire from a distance and please do not enter fenced areas.

    • Groundkeepers live onsite in a separate residence and may attend to gardens, lawns, or bin collection during your stay.

  • We require a three night minimum stay for all micro weddings and a five night minimum stay for all accomodation-only bookings.

  • Dogs are welcome at the estate, but please note the property is not fully enclosed. We request that dogs are not left at the estate unattended. Additonal pet bonds may be requested.

  • Events and celebrations are welcome at the estate with prior approval. We have additional terms and conditions and noise restrictions in place and ask that guests are always considerate of the surrounding properties. Additional fees apply.
